How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app and go to Settings. Look for "Restore Purchases" and tap it. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.
Is the app safe for my child?
Yes! Our apps are designed with children's safety as a top priority. We don't collect personal information, there are no ads, and all content is age-appropriate. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.
What ages are your apps designed for?
Koala ABC is designed for children ages 2-6. Each of our apps specifies the recommended age range in the app store listing.
The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, try restarting your device. If you're still having trouble, please email us at support@koalalearners.com with details about your device and the issue you're experiencing.
How can I request a refund?
Refunds are processed through the app store where you made your purchase. For Apple App Store, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, visit your purchase history in the Google Play app.
